History
John Caudill is a trial attorney with twenty years of complex litigation experience. John graduated from the University of Louisville (Brandeis) School of Law in 1986. John began his legal career working as a law clerk at the Kentucky Court of Appeals for Judge John D. Miller.
In 1989, John was hired as an Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Attorneys Office in Louisville, Kentucky. Over the next sixteen years, John litigated cases involving healthcare fraud, environmental crimes, white collar crimes, computer crime, federal contract fraud, among others.
John has extensive litigation experience having tried over forty trials to jury as an Assistant U.S. Attorney.
In early 2005, John started his own practice where he focused on cases involving federal whistleblower litigation, False Claims Act, retaliation cases, corporate fraud and abuse, and serious injury cases related to products liability (manufacturing defects and pharmaceutical injury).
